The STEELMAN 95330 9-Piece Magnetic Extension Set was designed to prevent this from happening by adding a protruding magnetic tip that converts any standard length socket into a magnetic socket when attached. This set includes a 2, 4, and 10-inch extension for 1/4-inch drive sockets; a 3, 6, and 10-inch extension for 3/8-inch drive sockets; and a 2, 5, and 10-inch extension for 1/2-inch drive sockets. Each extension is knurled on the shaft to give you a secure grip when using them to hand start nuts and bolts.
