Description:	In 1811, Lorenzo Amedeo Avogadro published an essay hypothesizing that the number of molecules within an equal volume of any number of gases, under identical temperature and pressure conditions, would be the same. This breakthrough would lead to the conceptualization of the "mole" as a way to standardize the quantification of matter, and the mole would eventually be determined to be 6.02214076x1023 particles of any given substance. Avogadro didn't live long enough to ever learn this number—nor indeed the concept of a mole—but his initial theory was so impactful that the number was named for him. Several centuries later, he now also graces the packaging of Trader Joe's Avocado's Number Guacamole, which is making its return to our refrigerators with an even tastier recipe (it now also comes in a tub, rather than two trays.) We'd like to think he had a hand in helping us determine how many Hass Avocados fit in a "'Mole"—Guacamole, that is. We put that figure at about five (rather than six sextillion)—enough to provide a buttery, grassy flavor and smooth, creamy texture with the occasional, chunky Avocado bit. Our supplier has also calculated the precise ratio of jalapeños, sea salt, garlic, onion, and vinegar to give each bite some seriously savory, peppery, and tangy notes. While it's a natural fit for tortilla chips, we find that Avocado's Number Guacamole is also a winning spread on a burger, a booster for a BLT, and a top choice for easy Avocado toasts.
