Once cooked, fluff the rice with a fork and serve while still hot. Rice Cooker Method: Use ratio: 1 cup rice to 2 cups water. See rice cooker manual for specific operation. Microwave Method: (1200-Watt rating): Combine 1 cup rice and 2-1/2 cups water in a microwave-safe container (2 qts minimum capacity). Cover tightly with microwave-safe lid and cook on high power setting for 20 minutes Remove from microwave. Once cooked, fluff the rice with a fork and serve while still hot. Caution. Container will be hot. Microwave ovens may vary. Cooking times are approximate. Adjust cooking time as needed. Store in cool, dry place. e
