Description:	We wanted to create a burrito for our frozen section that came close to something you'd enjoy in a local Mexican restaurant or at a taco stand. By Joe, we've done it! Trader Joe's Carne Asada Burritos (there are two!) have chunks of grilled Angus beef combined with chopped onions and roasted poblano chiles. We've included cilantro and a zesty lemon pepper seasoning with hints of garlic and red pepper. All this is wrapped in a special soft flour tortilla. We say "special" because we worked with our supplier to find a tortilla that would maintain an appealing texture even after being microwaved. Indeed, where most tortillas take on a hard or even crispy texture when microwaved, after 1 to 1.5 microwave minutes, this tortilla remains soft, with a pleasant chew. Can you imagine it?
