Description:	Directions Cooking Instructions: For optimal food quality and safety, keep fillets frozen until ready to prepare (do not refreeze) and follow these cooking instructions: Conventional Oven: Place rack in center of the oven, and preheat to 425 degrees F. Place frozen fish in a single layer on a non-stick or foil-lined baking pan. Bake for 13 to 15 minutes. Convection Oven: Place rack in center of the oven, and preheat to 375 degrees F. Place frozen fish in a single layer on a non-stick or foil-lined baking pan. Bake for 12 to 14 minutes. Air Fryer: Preheat air fryer to 400 degrees F. Place frozen fish in a single layer and cook for 12 to 14 minutes. Note: Please refer to the Air Fryer Manual, cooking times are suggestions. Note: Since appliances may vary, cook to a minimum internal temperature of 155 degrees F for Oven and Air Fryer. Microwave cooking not recommended. Keep frozen.
