These world-class beans are treated to a medium roast, then subject to a slow-brewing process in which the grounds are immersed for a long period of time in ambient (aka room temperature) water. This time-intensive process results in a finished brew that's supremely balanced, with hints of citrus and a reined-in acidity that highlights the nutty notes and chocolate flavors.
