Description:	Toasted-rice & marshmallow treats have been enjoyed at parties and potlucks ever since the recipe was first developed by a cereal company in 1939. Today, Trader Joe's Crispy Rice Bars carry on this tradition with our own yummy version of the classic snack—one that is particularly portable. Our supplier, an expert maker of cookies and cereal bars, puts their treat talents to use by binding together Crispy toasted Rice and marshmallows with tapioca syrup, cane sugar, sunflower oil, and a handful of other naturally derived ingredients. The resulting Bar has that tender, gooey texture, with a familiar, soft and sweet crunch. Unlike whole trays of these treats that often turn up at gatherings, our Bars are pre-cut and individually wrapped, which makes them ideal for stowing and snacking just about anywhere. Drop some in your kids' lunch box, your work bag, your gym bag, your desk drawer... anywhere that a satsfying treat would come in handy! Their size also makes them a fun addition to snack bags on the youth soccer field or take-away treat bags at a birthday party. You'll find boxes of eight Trader Joe's Crispy Rice Bars on our shelves, every day.
