| Description: | The Triplett TMP15 Stem Thermometer has a 2.5 (63.5mm) food grade stainless steel probe with thin 0.08mm diameter tip for measuring the temperature of liquids and semi-solids. It has a 1 second sample rate, temperature range of -58 to 572F (-50 to 300C) with 0.1F/C resolution and a basic accuracy of 1.8F /1C. A built-in LED alarm light turns red when temperature exceeds 212F/100C, and green when temperature is lower than 32F/0C. It features Min/Max and a Data Hold function that freezes the reading on the backlit display.
