For optimal flavor experience, remove desired portion of smoked salmon from the package and allow it to rest at room temperature for 30 minutes. Meal Idea - Smoked Salmon Crostini Ingredients 1 thin baguette 2 Tbsp extra virgin olive oil 2 Tbsp Member's Mark Butter (melted) 3/4 cup Member's Mark Plain Greek Yogurt 6 Tbsp Member's Mark Cream Cheese 2 Tbsp fresh chopped dill 1/2 Tbsp fresh lemon juice Salt to taste 4 oz smoked salmon Capers or fresh dill for garnish Instructions 1. Preheat oven to 400°F. Slice baguette along a diagonal into 1/4 inch slices. 2. Place slices on a cookie sheet. Mix the butter and oil and brush onto the tops of the bread pieces. 3. Toast the bread for 8-10 minutes. 4. Mix Greek yogurt, cream cheese, dill and lemon juice until the mixture is soft and spreadable. Add salt to taste. 5. Once baguette slices have cooled, top with 1 tsp of the Greek yogurt mixture, then top with smoked salmon. 6.
