Thawing Instructions Refrigerator: Remove seafood from packaging and place the product in a bowl or on a plate. Cover and put in the refrigeration for 8-12 hours. Cold Water: Submerge seafood in its package in a bowl of cold water for 1-3 hours. Change water every hour. Remove from packaging prior to cooking. Quick Thaw: Place seafood in a strainer in its package and run under ice-cold water until thawed (10-30 minutes). Remove from packaging prior to cooking. Cooking Instructions Bake: Add 1 tbsp of olive oil and bake at 375°F for 8-12 minutes. Pan Sear: Add 1 tbsp of olive oil and cover on medium-high heat for 8-12 minutes. Grill: Add 1 tbsp of olive oil and cover at 375°F for 8-12 minutes.
