This formula has been accepted by the American Dental Association to help prevent cavities. Kid's really enjoy the bubblegum flavor and you will love how this rinse helps strengthen their teeth. The alcohol-free formula is gentle enough for Kids without sacrificing any of the protection you expect from a great fluoride rinse. Your Kid's will enjoy making this rinse a part of their routine either in the morning before they leave the house or at night before they go to bed. Use Equate Kid's Bubble Gum Flavor Anticavity Fluoride Rinse once a day after brushing with toothpaste for strong cavity protection. Directions Important: Read directions for proper use. Adults and Children 6 Years of Age and Older: Use once a day after brushing your teeth with a toothpaste. Remove cap. Pour 10 milliliters (10 ml mark on inside of cap); do not fill above 10 ml mark. Vigorously swish 10 milliliters of rinse between your teeth for 1 minute and then spit out. Do not swallow the rinse. Do not eat or drink for 30 minutes after rinsing. Instruct children under 12 years of age in good rinsing habits (to minimize swallowing). Supervise children as necessary until capable of using without supervision.
