Quick Meal Idea - Beef NY Striploin Steak with Asparagus (Serves 2) Ingredients: 2 NY strip steaks (approx. 10 oz. each) 1 bunch of fresh asparagus 2 tablespoons olive oil Salt and pepper to taste Optional: minced garlic, lemon juice, or your favorite steak seasoning Instructions: Preparing the Steak: Preheat the grill: Preheat your grill to medium-high heat. If using a gas grill, aim for a temperature of around 400°F (200°C). Season the steaks: Rub the steaks with olive oil on both sides. Season generously with salt and pepper. You can also add minced garlic or your favorite steak seasoning instead. Let it sit: Allow the steaks to sit at room temperature for about 20-30 minutes. This helps them cook more evenly. Grilling the Steaks: Grill the steaks: Place the steaks on the preheated grill.
