Description:	Though it doesn't take a star-studded Michelin chef to form ground beef into patties, it's definitely a time-saver to open up a fresh package of our all-Beef Patties and slap them directly on your grill or fry-pan. As for what goes in them, it's simple: 100% Ground Beef that is 80% Lean and 20% Fat. We've discovered this is just the right ratio to produce a juicy, flavorful burger. Each package is approximately one pound and contains four pre-formed Beef Patties. We like to warm up a cast-iron frying pan over medium heat with a pad of butter in the center. When the butter melts, briefly toast four TJ's Hamburger Buns and set aside. Add more butter, and sprinkle your Patties with salt and pepper before placing in the hot pan if there's no sizzle, turn up the heat! About three minutes per side should get you to about medium-rare. That's six minutes per burger, and about ten minutes total for a super-fast, family meal!
