You'll notice that just like our everyday Rolls, these are incredibly soft compared to other store-bought options. The secret (not-so-secret) in both recipes is our potato-flour blend. Especially for the holidays, we added a melodic combination of herbs, including parsley, sage, rosemary & thyme. Warmed in the oven at 400°F for 3 to 5 minutes, these Rolls deliver a chewy crust and tender crumb that really does taste like the best homemade roll—and you didn't have to spend hours mixing, proofing, and baking!
