Lower back pain and foot & leg fatigue can be triggered from the everyday pounding your feet take during daily activities such as standing and walking. This can be particularly true for plus-size and tall women. Dr. Scholl's Extra Support Insoles are designed to provide extra-sturdy support distribute foot pressure and lighten the impact of every step. Shock-Absorbing Cushioning - Full-length foam cushioning distributes foot pressure & reduces impact with every step Supportive Deep Heel Cup - Controls foot & ankle movement to keep you extra supported Extra Support Arch Guard - Helps reduce foot and leg fatigue Directions If your shoes' insoles are removable, take them out first. 1. To test for size, place the Dr. Scholl's insoles against the back of your removable insoles, lining up the heels of both. If needed, trim the new insoles to your shoe size, using the guide at the bottom of the Dr. Scholl's insoles. If your shoes' insoles can't be removed, simply trim the Dr. Scholl's insoles to your shoe size. 2. Slide the insole into your shoe, toe area first, with the fabric side UP. Make sure the insole lays flat against the bottom of your shoe, especially in the toe area, and that the insole heel rests firmly in the heel of your shoe.
