Description:	Dr. Scholl's prevent pain protective insoles are designed for women that have had prior episodes of daily pain. The new prevent pain insoles are scientifically designed and clinically proven to reduce the leading cause of pain in key lower body joints foot and knee to lower back. Dr. Scholl's Prevent Pain Insoles prevent pain from muscle-induced joint stiffness and strain caused by conditions or activities like recent reduction in activity or weight gain flat feet overpronation over-supination bad posture heavy or uneven pressure and working walking or running on hard surfaces. Directions Instructions for Use Above: If your shoes' insoles are removable, take them out first. 1) To test for size, place the Dr. Scholl's insoles against the back of your removable insoles, lining up the heels of both. If needed, trim the new insoles to your shoe size, using the guide at the bottom of the Dr. Scholl's insoles. If your shoes' insoles can't be removed, simply trim the Dr. Scholl's insoles to your shoe size. 2) Slide the insoles into your shoes, toe area first, with the fabric side up. Make sure each insole lays flat against the bottom of your shoe, especially in the toe area, and that the insole heel rests firmly in the heel of your shoe. If the insole doesn't fit without bunching, especially in the toe area, continue to trim as needed.
