Place frozen chicken pieces in a single layer on ungreased baking pan. 3. Bake uncovered for 15 minutes. Flip pieces and bake an additional 15 minutes for a total time of 30 minutes. Microwave Oven 1. Place 3 frozen chicken pieces in a single layer on a microwavable safe dish. 2. Microwave on high for 3 minutes. Add 1 minute and 45 seconds for each additional fillet. Do not overheat. 3. Let stand for 2 minutes before serving.
