My lasagna is a tribute to the Italian tradition. It is made with the same love I feel when I cook for my family at home. Beef is ground in-house and gently cooked to become tender and juicy; ripe tomatoes are simmered with carrots, the secret ingredient to real Italian sauce. Everything is layered generously, with my al dente signature dough, creamy ricotta and mozzarella for the best melted cheese in every bite. I love it! - Giovanni Rana. Did You Know? Directions Preparation: For your convenience, this tray is suitable for both the microwave and oven! Follow cooking directions. Make sure product reaches temperature of 160 degrees F. Microwave: 8 min. Microwave Instructions (1200 W): (1) Remove the cardboard carton. Remove plastic film and place the microwave-safe tray in the microwave. (2) Microwave on high (100% power) for 8 min. (If your microwave does not have a turning plate, please rotate the lasagna halfway through to ensure even cooking). (3) Remove carefully from microwave. Oven: 20 min. Oven Instructions: (1) Preheat oven to 350 degrees F. (2) Remove the cardboard carton. Remove plastic film and place the oven-safe tray on a baking sheet. Place baking sheet in the center of the oven. (3) Bake for 20 min. (If desired, add a few minutes for extra browning on top). (4) Remove carefully from oven. Caution: Timing may vary according to the wattage of your microwave (instructions are based on 1200-watt microwave oven, adjust cooking times accordingly). Caution: Product will be extremely hot. Let stand 1-2 min before serving. Note: This tray is meant for one-time use only. To enjoy leftover lasagna, please reheat in your own oven or microwave safe container. Keep refrigerated.
