Description:	Instructions: Carefully attach the needle by screwing clockwise onto the plunger. Do not over-tighten. Fill the injector by inserting the needle into the seasoning or marinade of choice. Slowly pull back the thumb grip top portion of the plunger until filled. Insert the needle into the meat and push plunger down slowly while pulling the injector out of meat so the seasoning can be distributed evenly. Inject at different angles to add more flavor. Insert the needle under the skin and into the muscle for best results. Notice: Wash and dry by hand only. Lightly coat plunger with cooking oil prior to using. Store the needle inside the plastic chamber when not in use.
