| Description: | Quick & easy. No preservatives added. Directions Ingredients You Need: 1 pkg. Kikkoman Seasoning Mix. 1/2 lb. Boneless pork or chicken, cut into thin strips. 2 tbsp. Vegetable oil, divided. 1 Large carrot, julienned. 1 Small onion, thinly sliced. 2 oz. Fresh snow peas. 6 oz. Fresh bean sprouts. 2 cups crisp chow mein noodles. Directions: (1). Dissolve seasoning mix in 3/4 cup water. (2). Stir-fry meat 2 minutes in 1 tbsp. hot oil in large skillet over medium-high heat; remove from pan. (3). Heat 1 tbsp. oil in same pan. Add next 3 ingredients; stir-fry 1 minute. (4). Add meat and seasoning mixture; cook and stir until sauce boils and thickens. Pour over noodles. Makes 4 servings. |
