Broccoli & Garlic Ricotta Toasts with Hot Honey Ingredients: 1 - 3 cups pre-roasted Earthbound Farm Organic Broccoli 1 baguette, sliced ½" thick on a diagonal (about 12 slices) Olive oil Kosher salt 1 tablespoon honey 1 tablespoon white wine vinegar ½ teaspoon crushed red pepper flakes 1 ½ cups fresh ricotta Freshly ground pepper Directions Preheat the oven to 350°F to toast the baguette slices. Brush each slice with a little olive oil and set them on a sheet pan. Bake for 10-12 minutes until lightly browned. Remove from oven to cool. In a small bowl, whisk honey, vinegar, and red pepper flakes. In a second bowl, whip ricotta until smooth and season with salt and pepper.
