The sausage is made with premium cuts of pork so you're getting quality and delicious bites every time. Your meals just got that much better. Cooking Instructions Patties: slice roll into 1/2 inch slices. (For easier slices, roll may be placed in freezer for 10-15 minutes.) Place sausage slices in cold skillet, turn heat to medium or 300F. Cook each side 6-7 minutes or until desired color is attained. Crumbles: place sausage in cold skillet on stove top. Cook on medium heat and break into desired piece size with fork or spatula until meat is browned and thoroughly cooked. Approximately 10-15 minutes. Always cook this product to 160F prior to serving.
