If needed, trim the new insoles to your shoe size, using the guide at the bottom of the Dr. Scholl's insoles. If your shoes' insoles can't be removed, simply trim the Dr. Scholl's insoles to your shoe size. 2) Slide the insole into your shoe, toe area first, with the fabric side up. Make sure the insole lays flat against the bottom of your shoe, especially in the toe area, and that the insole heel rests firmly in the heel of your shoe.
