These ultra-thin pancakes are made using a wheat-flour batter that is itself a nice balance of savory & sweet, including salt and sugar in the recipe. Once cooked, they're spread with a thin layer of both savory peanut butter spread (made with dry roasted peanuts), and sweet strawberry filling (made with—you guessed it—strawberries), then rolled to make a treat that is delightfully easy to enjoy. It turns out, the flavor combination of savory-nutty and sweet-fruity in a single Crepe is magnifique! Add the fact that these individually wrapped Crepes can be stored anywhere (no refrigeration required), and we believe they'll become a regular part of your handy-snack rotation.
