Description:	As the weather warms up, cooking dinner (read: heating up the kitchen) becomes exponentially less appealing—but you still need to feed your crew. What to do? Pick up some packages of Trader Joe's Carne Asada Ranchera! Inspired by the flavorful meat offered at taco carts and meat markets across Southern California, our buyer made it his mission to develop marinades for these quick-cooking options in our fresh meat case. Reformulated just in time for grilling season, our Pollo Asado—previously made with chicken breast—is now made with ultra-juicy chicken thighs, the ideal foil to its zesty, citrus-infused marinade. Impossibly easy to prep (just open and cook in a pan, on the grill, or on a plancha, if you've got one handy), the finished meat shines in a street taco setting, and makes for a palate-popping addition to a bed of salad greens, burrito bowl, or quesadilla. Grab a package from your neighborhood Trader Joe's and try it for yourself!
