Cooking Instructions Thaw: remove fillets from vacuum wrap and place into plastic bag. Place plastic bag in refrigerator until fillets are thawed. Grill: preheat grill to medium, grill defrosted salmon on both sides for 6-8 minutes each. Oven: preheat oven to 375°F. Bake defrosted salmon for 16-20 minutes or until fish flakes with a fork. Bake frozen fillets for an additional 10 minutes or until fish reaches an internal temperature of 145°F. Keep Frozen Net Weight: 2.5 lbs.
