Cooking Instructions Preparation Cooking from Frozen: Salmon can be cooked from frozen (see cooking instructions). Cooking from Thawed: Immerse wrapped fillets in cold water for approximately 30 minutes, check that salmon is thawed thoroughly before cooking. Salmon can also be thawed by defrosting it in the refrigerator for 8-10 hours. Spread out the Thai chili butter over entire fish after cooking to distribute the spices. Air Fryer *Pre heat air fryer to 400° F. Make aluminum foil tray to retain melted butter, and place into air fryer tray. From Thawed: Remove from wrapper. Place salmon in boat in air fryer tray. Air fry for approximately 6-8 minutes at 400°F or until internal temp. reaches 145°F. Let stand for 1 minute before serving. From Frozen: Remove from wrapper. Place frozen salmon in air fryer tray. Air fry for approximately 9-11 minutes at 400°F or until internal temp. reaches 145°F. Let stand for 1 minute before serving. Conventional Oven *Preheat oven to 400°F. From Thawed: Remove from wrapper, bake 9-11 minutes or until internal temp. of 145°F. From Frozen: Remove from wrapper, bake for 18-20 minutes or until internal temp. of 145°F. Barbeque From Thawed: Remove from wrapper. Make aluminum foil tray to retain melted butter. Close lid of grill and grill 6-8 minutes each side or internal temp. of 145°F. Recommended to only grill from thawed not from frozen. Microwave From Thawed: Remove from wrapper, place on microwave-safe dish and cover, microwave on high for 1:30-2 minutes or until internal temp. of 145°F, let stand for 1 minute before serving. From Frozen: Remove from wrapper, place on microwave-safe dish and cover, microwave on high for 3-5 minutes or until internal temp. of 145°F, let stand for 1 minute before serving.
