Description:	Our Uncured Turkey Bacon is made with turkey thighs that come from birds raised in a clean environment, without antibiotics. Chopped Turkey thigh meat is seasoned with naturally purified sea salt (not kiln dried), raw sugar, and a few spices before it's hand-trimmed and placed into metal pans to create a bacon slab shape. Next the Turkey is slow smoked over applewood and other hardwoods for several hours. Then it's sliced and packaged and, voilà! Bacon. And just like pork bacon, you can cook it in a skillet, in the oven, or in the microwave. Unlike pork bacon, our Uncured Turkey Bacon is 94% fat free! Each lean slice (one serving) contains just 30 calories and 1.5g of fat, which is about a quarter of the fat found in a typical slice of pork bacon. And you still get 6g of protein per slice!
