Member's Mark Cage Free Grade A White Eggs - Vegetable Oil (for frying) - 1 bag Frozen French Fries Directions 1. Prepare the Beef: Pound each slice of beef to about 1/8 inch thickness between two sheets of plastic wrap. Season both sides with salt and pepper. 2. Bread the Beef: Set up a breading station with flour in one shallow bowl and beaten eggs in another. First, dredge the beef in the flour, shaking off the excess. Then, dip it into the eggs, and finally press it back into the flour to create a complete coating. 3. Cook the Fries: Preheat your oven and cook the french fries according to the package directions while you prepare the milanesa. 4.
