Keep raw meat separate from other foods. Wash working surfaces (including cutting boards), utensils, and hands after touching raw meat. Cook thoroughly. Keep hot foods hot. Refrigerate leftovers immediately or discard. The above nutrition facts are for the product as consumed, one cooked portion, and are based upon the following cooking instructions: Place frozen steak on 350 degrees griddle or in trying pan on medium heat for approximately one minute on one side, and about 15-20 seconds on the other side.
